This is a specially printed deck designed to make eight different fanning patterns. The cards are slightly thinner than regular cards, to make them easier to handle and manipulate. You'll get a deck of cards with regular faces on one side, and a colourful back on the other. Depending on which direction the cards are fanned, and which order they are in, when fanned out the cards will create eight different colourful patterns. You'll even get a few special cards that, when placed on the deck, completely change the pattern, or make the faces of the deck seem to vanish. The effect is that even though you are only using ONE deck, it looks like you are able to change the back patterns on the cards, multiple times! This deck was designed and marketed by the late actor and magician Harry Anderson. The deck features an illustration of Harry as his "Harry the Hat" con man character that he made popular in the 1980s on the sitcom Cheers. The photos are a paper wrapper around a plain black box with a grey lid. The back of the cards is like the front of the paper wrapper. The back of the wrapper shows all the possible fanning patterns.
