12. User Responsibility in Trades
PlayingCardHub provides a platform for users to list and browse collectible card trade offers but does not facilitate, mediate, or oversee any trades between users. By participating in a trade, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Independent Transactions – All trades are conducted solely between users, without the involvement or oversight of PlayingCardHub. PlayingCardHub does not verify the identity, credibility, or trustworthiness of any user.
- No Liability – PlayingCardHub is not responsible for any losses, damages, fraud, misrepresentation, disputes, or issues arising from trade agreements. All trade-related risks are assumed by the users involved.
- Personal Information & Privacy – Users should exercise caution when sharing personal details such as addresses, phone numbers, or payment information. PlayingCardHub does not store or monitor communications between users.
- No Guarantee of Trade Completion – Listing a deck on the trade list does not guarantee that another user will request a trade, nor does expressing interest in a trade guarantee that a transaction will be completed.
- Prohibited Conduct – Users must not engage in fraudulent behavior, misrepresent the condition of items, attempt to scam others, or violate any applicable laws. Any reports of misconduct may result in account suspension or removal from the platform.

By using the trading features on PlayingCardHub, you release and hold harmless PlayingCardHub, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, demands, or damages, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with transactions between users.
