The name of this pattern is "Historic". It was first published in 1930. There are rumors' that design was made by the unnamed artists from Dondorf's plant for Russian emperor back in 1911. The box for this one has a date of 1991. The name is 'Сувенирные/Suvenirnye', although it was often used for many other designs in USSR. Deck preview on Flickr
