Despite the label on the front of the box (also wrapped around the cards), I could not confirm either a shop/company called Tarquin & Plume nor a designer by the name of Alison Carne. The inside of the box has a rubber stamp noting a change of address to England but a search in that area did not turn up any information. None of the court cards contain images. There are no jokers. The cards are paper with laminated backs.
