The Met has partnered with Lingo on these one-of-a-kind playing cards inspired by the many nudes in the Museum's collection. From an ancient Roman statue (A.D. 69–96) of a vigorous Hercules to Lucas Cranach the Younger's (German, 1515–1586) alluring Nymph of the Spring (ca. 1545–50), Frederick William MacMonnies's (American, 1863–1937) jubilant bronze Bacchante and Infant Faun (1893–94, cast 1894) to Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec's (French,1864–1901) reflective Woman before a Mirror (1897), this deck presents select nudes of The Met as depicted through time and across media. 56 cards per deck. Collaboration between The Metropolitan Museum of Art and Lingo Playing Cards. The naming convention used by The Met appears to be in the style of "The Met x [collaborator]". Not explicitly stated but probably Classic Air Cushioned Finish.
