After more than a year in development, Italian Magician Hyde is thrilled to offer his mesmerizing AUREAS Playing Cards. Created in conjunction with designers Annalisa Storari and Kiran Kuruvithadam, this intriguing deck of cards has been modeled around the natural allure of the Fibonacci Sequence and Golden Ratio (which translates to “sectio aurea” in Latin, hence the name). As an aeronautical engineering student, Hyde has always been equally fascinated with magic as he is math. So, with AUREAS Playing Cards, he has masterfully brought his two biggest passions together to create a remarkably beautiful and unique deck of cards. Many fun secrets lie within AUREAS Playing Cards, including pips that have been re-designed based on the Golden Ratio and enlarged Aces that allow magicians to create more flashy and visual productions. While the Court Cards maintain a familiar design, they’ve also been carefully re-colored to match the overall aesthetic. In addition to card magic, Hyde also loves performing with Rubik’s Cubes. So, it’s only fitting that the exclusive custom Jokers feature a Rubik’s Cube with special Fibonacci Sequence wedges.
