This is an actual deck of playing cards designed to look like the iPhone. It was on the market in 2009. The deck featured awesome iPhone design aesthetics, including a curved back illusion and the iconic home button. Some of the cards have iOS interface elements superimposed over the card faces. The Queen of Diamonds, for example, has an iPhone keyboard covering the lower half of the “screen,” complete with the “Q” already selected. The King of Spades appears to be calling you, while the King of Hearts “Would like to use your current location.”
