Welcome to an entanglement of Celtic stone and exploring vines, where it is impossible to tell where the village ends and nature begins. A kingdom which is very much in touch with nature, now more than ever.
This time, we visit the merged villages of Bakus and Garsia and the people who live here. Whether it is the brave huntress Madeira, Merlin’s Tower or Barry the Blacksmith, they all have stories to tell, about their ventures in the kingdom. This is a welcoming kingdom - but beware, for it is also cursed and crooked!
A fairytale playing cards series designed and presented by Marianne Larsen.
The city of Bakus, with its name originating from a village founded by master bakers, is a place where tiny legends master their crafts. The village of little, half-timbered houses quickly became popular and other masters settled in the village to expand on their various talents and to explore the mythical forests around it.
Each side of the tuck is a testament to the artsy villagers and their connection to the nature that plays a central role within their old, cursed and crooked kingdom.
