Back Designs feature a central image of the constellation with a galaxy or starry background. While the pips (numbers) and suits are generally standard for playability, the court cards (King, Queen, Jack) and the Aces feature custom artwork related to the constellation's mythology or symbolism. Each deck has a distinct color palette chosen to match the feel of its respective constellation.
