Sealed cards in the image feature the logo of NABAC (National Association of Bank Auditors and Comptrollers) and the inscription "DALLAS, TEXAS". These cards are likely a commemorative or promotional item produced for a convention, meeting, or a local chapter event of the NABAC organization held in Dallas, Texas. The packaging features a U.S. Internal Revenue Playing Card stamp, which was a tax stamp required on playing cards in the United States during certain periods. The presence of the tax stamp and the style suggest the cards are from an older era, possibly mid-20th century. The cards are still sealed in their original plastic wrapping.
