Legend has it that in ancient times, the seventy-two demons were sealed by King Solomon into bottles through arcane arts. These entities possessed bizarre forms and a strict hierarchy, each commanding vast legions. It was not until King Solomon's death, when the Babylonians inadvertently broke the seals, that these demons returned to the human realm.
This project is based on the background of the 72 Pillars of Demonology, with some additional recreation and design elements incorporated.
The Standard Edition features a custom specialty paper tuck case with full foil stamping, ensuring a premium tactile feel and high-end texture. The tuck case portrays the demon emerging from a summoning circle ablaze with hellfire. Enhanced by intricate finishing techniques, the design exudes an even more eerie and malevolent atmosphere.
The back design draws inspiration from dark summoning rituals and mystical arrays. An atmosphere of arcane ceremony is evoked through expansive red foil-stamped flames.
The 12 court cards depict twelve of the 72 Pillars of demons. Each high-resolution illustration is hand-drawn by our artist and meticulously designed according to the unique characteristics of each demon.
All editions of cards feature UV ink printing to enhance the illustrations. Under UV light, the image of the dark god reveals greater detail and a more powerful "magical" aura.
